Why write? For the same reason I have thousands of photographs on Flickr. I want to and it costs next to nothing so why not?
Another, better, reason is understanding. I, and probably many if not all, spend a lot of time musing, trying to understand everything such as
- E=mc²
- why people are offended if you disagree with them
- how do 2 year olds learn to speak
- how do banks create money
The best way to check how much you understand is to explain it to someone else and then suddenly the gaps in your understanding become blatantly clear.
So my mid-year resolution is to write a blog entry, a couple of pages say a week, with my musings.
